Most of the people reading this blog either crossed Adulthood or are facing it now, and most of us have gone through this feeling of emptiness. It is blank most of the time, like I have lost sense about it, cause I had much more sense now than before…
Adulthood is mostly about experiencing yourself in a better way, in this phase you understand what to have or what not to have in life, Yes, whom to have and whom not to too… The phase brings you a lot of questions, self doubts, opinions, options and many more, we can call this phase a confusing phase too.
This time your mind and heart fight together to decide something, you know exactly what is toxic but you still wanna try this, we can call this the best time to try things, people, experiences, or emotions.
Adulthood does not bring us time, this phase runs like it has to win a race, it has a feeling of competition, this phase makes life a play stage where you need to perform your best or else people will eliminate you, and this fear keeps you in run faster, we can call this phase coward as well.
Most of the illnesses related to your mental health come in the adult stage, you have a pressure of proving yourself in academics, in career, in relationships, among family, I call Adulthood the most depressed stage.
We know, we look at it, we ignore and we repeat, what we don’t do is find peace in between. In the most important stage of our lives, we don’t go searching for freedom…Freedom from emptiness, from confusions, fears, depressions, emotions, fear that is the cause of you losing yourself…
While balancing all these things, we need to talk about what we are going through, we should find a way where you can speak loud to get the needed help on time, and yes, meanwhile we should learn to see the signals of the same by the people who surround us…
I am suffering from adulthood, and writing this blog to show how profoundly I think about not having this…Or if I could escape from it…writing is my way of expressing myself, find yours, before it is too late…
